Replacement of the studs in studded tires?

I have a set of studded snow tires on my truck. Some of the pins are flat and not grip the ice. I would like to replace the flat carbide studs, but can not find replacements. These are not the nails that hold the wheel on the vehicle wheel, these are the nails in the tires with studs.

Have you checked the tire dealers that sell tires nails? I used to buy replacement studs all the time. Granted it's been years since I had to buy tires nails, but still should be available in a tire store.
